Brian Williams and the entire Spicer Bros company really did an fantastic job with the roof. The most impressive part of it was the detailed communications between myself and them throughout the entire process. They were very informative and personable when quoting me for the roof. There was zero pressure felt that day to do anything. Matthew and his team arrived a couple weeks later after signing contract. Matthew maintained constant communications with me through text during the install and sent numerous pictures so I could follow the progress at work.

Spicer Brothers did an excellent job on our new roof and skylight. From initial appointment through job completion we were very satisfied with the end product and fantastic customer service. Chris Elliott and the installation crew completed the job in one day to include having to replace a five sheets of plywood around our dormers and the old skylight. A huge thank you to everyone (Bonnie, Joe, Junior and Chris Elliott and Team) for taking such good care of us! We will definitely recommend Spicer Brothers.

To start with, Joe Eure our salesman provided a very detailed proposal covering all the aspects of the job and answered all our questions and concerns on the day of our appointment. Joe's knowledge his trade and presentation convinced us to go with Spicer Bros. Supervisor Chris Elliot and his crew showed up early on our installation date and were very well prepared for the task ahead. The crew worked together as a team and under Chris' direction completed the job in one day. Also, their jobsite cleanup was excellent. We are very impressed!

The crew arrived on time as promised, started the work and worked until the job was completed, stopping only for a lunch break. The weather was hot but they worked through it. the job is complete and looks beautiful. I did not anticipate having to pay extra for a sheet of plywood that was needed due to some damage, and I was not notified prior to getting the charge, but I know that sometimes things like that can happen so since it was just 1 piece, I did not mind paying, but I should have been informed prior to that being done AND the price quote was higher than any of the other contractors who bid the job. I chose Spicer Regardless... they did an EXCELLENT JOB, were efficient and CLEANED UP THE AREA COMPETELY when they were finished. I have NOTHING but good things to say and I highly recommend them if you need your roof replaced. I had lower estimates, and they were pricey, but I selected Spicer because I had heard about their reputation, so I wanted to be sure I chose a good contractor to do the roof and get a good warranty. I would choose them again...

Spicer Bros was great throughout the entire process from wiorking with the insurance company, explaining the entire process and coming through in a timely fashion even with supply issues of 2022 and everything went as planned with only one snag that mother nature through at them but they handled it well and got a little wet.. As far as roofing contractors go, Spicer Bros. is top notch. From the initial visit with Dustin, all the way through to the install with Noah and his crew, Spicer Bros. was professional, friendly, and fast. They did an entire tear off and install of a 2500 sf roof with a 10/12 pitch in one day! The work was done properly and the cleanup was thorough. I highly recommend Spicer Bros. to anybody in need of a roof, roof repair, or any exterior carpentry for that matter.

It also seems that a charge for obtaining the permit was charged to us without any previous knowledge or communication with us. If we had known about the additional charge we could have gotten the permit our self.

From the first call to set the appointment for an estimate the woman in the office was very polite and professional, Dustin the sales rep was very thorough showing us his findings with the roof Going over all the options and taking his time we did not feel rushed, On the day the roof was replaced Jason and his crew showed up on time as promised, The crew took care to tarp off the area , and went right to work they cleaned up as they went. After roof was done they made sure everything was put back and cleaned couldn't even tell they we there. I would highly recommend Spicer Brothers for a Roof Replacement

Everything was as I had been told, so I was well prepared. Spicer Bros. has a group of hard working men who arrived at 7AM. They prepared all of the equipment and started working right away. They had removed both roofs by lunch, had lunch and started installing. They completed the job by 6:30 PM including all clean-up and packing their tools.They required little to no supervising as they well knew how to do the job. All done in one day, just so amazing!. I have already had 4 people tell me that it was a nice job! I have referred 2 people to Spicer Bros.who want their roofs renewed. As I shared the quality products and workmanship. I selected Spicer Bros.who was my highest proposal to install my roof because they only use quality products. And top that with their quality workmanship! It is a very nice roof, BEAUTIFUL JOB, will last for years and I am very happy for the curb appeal. I have always heard of Spicer Bros from years back. I new that they are a good company. My church had a leak in the roof and we could never find it. They came out and was very thorough explaining what different options they could do. We did decide to have the whole roof done with their roofing guaranty. They found the leak and did a wonderful job. So now I am have issues with my house. Gave them a call and the came out and gave me a price. A new roof is never cheep but with Spicer Bros I know you get what you pay for (quality). I have solar panels on my house and as soon as the panels were taken of. Spicer Bros came the next day and did their thing. And they did it in one day. Another job well done. Fast and good quality. If anybody wants a good roof. Call Spicer Bros.
