Tom, Steve, and the Spicer Bros crew did a great job on our new deck!

From the beginning of our experience with John, the estimator, the company went out of its way to give us the best price possible. Vincent and his crew did the work efficiently, expertly, and always with a smile on their faces. When I pointed out that the floor joists for the deck needed to be taped on top, Vincent went immediately and purchased the tape, which had not been part of the original materials delivery. We also had a sliding glass door custom made and installed by Eddie and his partner, and they did a wonderful job, The new door fit so well that no modifications to the original interior trim had to be made. My compliments to the project manager, Steven, and to the office staff Shannon and Kelly. Put all these elements together--the best materials, finest workmanship, and great people from designers and installers to office staff-- and you've got a winning combination!

This is the second project with Spicer Brothers. The roof replacement went so well that we elected to use them for a complete bathroom remodel. Due to the scope of the project, they were in our home for many days. At the end of the day the construction area was clean! No dirt in the rest of the home.
Chad is an artist with the acrylic, and Mike can do the rest. Excellent job. Would use them again.

Spicer Bros just completed a new roof installation for our Social Hall at the River Church in Roxana, DE. They had to coordinate their work with All-States Construction because we needed some fascia work done as well. Overall the project went great! Spicer estimated the project would take 5 days, but they put "extra" workers on the project and completed the roof in 3 days! Everyone was very friendly and communication was good. We had one abandoned exhaust pipe that needed to be covered over (rather than installing a pipe flange) and they noticed it at once. The price was very competitive and we are very pleased with the results!

Jon and Charlie came to the house today to fix several issues with our gutter helmet. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They resolved the issues very quickly and did an excellent job. They were both personable as well. If 100 is an excellent job they did 1000! Our whole experience with Spicer brothers was excellent. Many thanks for a job well done!

Gutter Helmet installation:

We initially had Gutter Helmet installed on our home over a decade ago. During that time we had roofing repairs and ultimate replacement of the roof in 2021. Our Gutter Helmet was damaged as a result of the work and needed to be replaced.

Not being a warranty issue (my own fault) I contacted Spicer Brothers and spoke with Rhonda. She quickly scheduled an on-site inspection with Jon Byrd for October 2nd. Jon inspected the job, made color match recommendation to match my 6” gutters and downspouts, and provided me with an electronic estimate while he was there. I gave a down payment then and the project of disinstallation, cleaning and inspecting gutters and installation of new Gutter Helmet was completed on October 9th, in about 4 hours! Jon and his crew were thorough and efficient. I couldn’t be more pleased with the work, the product, and the coordination and communication of this work with both Rhonda Lenehan and Jon Byrd.

Chad was very professional and did a great job in our bathroom.

As a repeat customer, I knew exactly who and what company to call after this year's April tornado struck our home in Bridgeville, DE. The damage was extensive. The day after my call, Dustin was at our home and getting things evaluated, coordinated and a great game plan to move us forward. Chris and his team took care of the roof and, like Ross before him, did a complete and quality job from start to finish. Next up was Greg and Andrew taking care of the wood Framing and windows. Their knowledge, quality of work, and willingness to go above and beyond really stood out. Ron, who was retired from his trade, teamed up for the masonry. His knowledge saved us time and money, and he did fantastic work. Next up was Daniel's team taking care of the siding and exterior—another quality job and professional work. John's team finished it off with the gutters, even addressing a problem area and correcting the issue. This was truly a great coordinated effort from ALL of the Spicer Brothers team.
